Post 2–The List

As I was crying over a recent life-shattering loss, I desperately wrote down a list of my fears that I know that I need to conquer before I can move forward in a meaningful way. This list is not in order of importance nor is it exhaustive or finished, but I have written them as they popped in my head. Soooo without further ado, here is my list:

Writing a blog✅

Walking in a forest—at night✅

Taking a full on shower outdoors

Getting a tattoo
Riding a Motorcycle

Camping—all types

Holding Snakes

Touching Spiders

Riding Horses

Spending a long amount of time Outdoors✅

Some Water sports

Going Hiking

Doing Spontaneous stuff

Driving fast in a car I have no control over

Planning a spontaneous trip with no set plan

Being observed in the classroom 

Giving a speech.—toast masters

Going to an event by myself. 

Going Off roading

Jumping off a cliff 

Climbing Heights

Going without a bra

Shooting a gun

Watching Scary movies

Flying in a Single/twin engine plane

Flying in a helicopter

Kite surfing

Riding in a hot air balloon

Traveling internationally by myself

Being hot and sweaty outside for long periods of time. 

Doing a mud run

Playing in the rain

Building a fire 

So my plan is to give a little narrative of my fear, rate the fear before I do it, rate the anxiety after I do it, and analyze if my feelings have changed. Thanks for your help!
